LaRussell & TOPE Announce The New Album "MARLIN 7"

Vallejo artist LaRussell has been on an amazing run these last few months with his video production company “Good Compenny” releasing new content daily on YouTube and Instagram. With co-signs from The Breakfast Club, Meek Mill, Russ, LA Reid, and so many more it’s obvious this Bay Area artist is headed from greatness.

In February of 2021 LaRussell and TOPE connected for a studio session and Vallejo and instantly discovered their artistic chemistry. Knocking out three songs in three hours, LaRussell and TOPE immediately knew they had “started something” special.

Inspired by bike rides on his Trek “MARLIN 7” LaRussell floats on his new project with TOPE delivers enough game, bars, and punchlines to have you rewinding this project for some time to come. On “MARLIN 7” TOPE shows his growth as a Producer and also shows how his time in Oakland has helped influence his new sound.
